Ignacio Diaz-Silverio plays a San Antonio teenager whose family life revolves around his single mom and 5 uncles, all of whom make efforts as his father figure. While he has his issues with school, society and friends, most of the comedy comes from the 5 men who create 5 different characters with slightly quirky qualities. The laughs don’t always land and it def has sitcom formulas, but there’s also a sweetness to the relationships that creates a warm smile.
