After a serious accident, a man (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) finds himself trapped in a hospital. Almost immediately, he encounters evil folks who are intent on killing him. When I was in high school I wrote a play called The Waiting Room, which was my version of Sartre’s No Exit. All these years later, this scenario is still happening, but with the addition of murderous attacks. Unfortunately, this story is a mess with illogical events and confusing explanations. Despite Rhys Meyers’ best efforts, there’s never any tension and the dumbness of the plot only serves as a frustrating mess. (1.5 / 5)
