In another variation on the super power genre, one woman (Máiréad Tyers) is the only person in her world who does NOT have a power. Her journey to discover her special ability involves her roommates, a fun assemblage of semi-quirky characters. Probably the most fun is the man who transforms into a cat (Luke Rollason). As she wanders thru the series, we’re treated to people enjoying their powers all around, which adds a fantasy touch to the sci-fi world. What makes the series most enjoyable is peculiar charms of the cast and the light, fresh writing. It’s not hilarious and won’t break any new ground, but is more entertaining and unique than much of the current comedy fare. (2nd season has been announced)
