Arnold Schwarzenegger stars as a CIA agent getting ready to retire when he discovers that his daughter (Monica Barbaro) is also an agent. Thus begins the usual spy flick genre plot, saving the world from some hi-tech threats. The duo, plus some sidekicks, have harrowing adventures and narrow escapes, none of it especially exciting. To make matters worse, seems like every other line has Schwarzenegger’s character protesting some task his daughter is about to perform (again, attempting comedy). Luckily, comic Fortune Feimster provides a few bits of humor as an operative. One of the reasons this feels so much like a network series is the presence of music underscoring almost every scene. Even though it’s on Netflix, it still has the generic elements of a mediocre TV adventure. (2 / 5)
