Gal Gadot plays an intelligence operative who’s tasked with saving the world from yet another hi-tech weapon. She’s working hard to make a stand in the action arena. As she seems to runs continuously, there are some dazzling stunts and narrow escapes. The plot and dialogue are average, so it’s up to the characters and action to give it umph. Gadot has the swagger to pull this off and Jamie Dornan adds his appeal to the mix. While this attempt at a new spy franchise makes an adequate impression, it lacks sufficient originality or dazzle to make it stand out.
