Bryan Cranston & Annette Bening play this real Michigan couple. After retiring from Kellogg’s, he used his math skills to exploit a flaw in the lottery system and win numerous tickets. Once his scheme is proven, he and his wife expand their technique to win more money, which they invest into revitalizing their small town. The excitement that it brings to their marriage is played out with sweet charm by the 2 actors. If not for their amiable portrayals, the writing and execution of this film would land it firmly into Hallmark territory.
