Kristen Bell, downplaying her glam side, plays a bored housewife who spends her days cutting coupons. She and her bestie (Kirby Howell-Baptiste) decide to turn their hobby into a scam that makes them millions. So far, it’s a solid story, but with the addition of a Loss Prevention Officer (Paul Walter Hauser) things get funny. Hauser continues his string of hapless losers with delightful comic effect. His scenes with Vince Vaughn as the U.S. Postal Inspector provide the movie’s best moments. Considering this is based on real events, it’s interesting to watch how it goes down.
