This 3rd and final entry finds the crew on a mission to save other youths who have immunity to the virus that’s ravaging the world. They must penetrate the Last City with its minimally impressive modern touches. The story is fairly predictable and so is the action. Luckily, the film is mostly well paced and features enough adventure to keep it interesting. This will prove enjoyably fulfilling for fans of the series, but people who don’t hit the demographic may just find it another noisy, melodramatic post-apocalyptic adventure.
