Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse

The original teen from the previous film is back and his adventures take him to the titular  world, where there are hundreds of other Spiders. Some of the coolest part is to see the unique designs for each of them, ranging from a London punk to a motorcycle chick. But that’s only the beginning of the dazzling, sometimes dizzying visuals. With the exception of the family and girlfriend interactions, everything else is rendered in incredible, constantly-changing styles to echo the history of the comic book processes. There’s some humor,  a few tender moments and it could be shorter, but most of the film is an animated feast that also happens to be fun. 4.5 out of 5 stars (4.5 / 5)
