There are several shows with this title and this is a limited-edition series from France. Four friends set out to enjoy a hunting trip, but their expedition quickly goes wrong when another group of hunters targets them. This happens pretty quickly and the subsequent eps become increasingly more threatening, right up to the truly gripping finale. This isn’t a typical thriller in subject or execution. To keep it compelling, there are new developments that keep adjusting the narrative, while keeping us surprised. Even though the characters and motivations aren’t fully fleshed out, the performances are strong and, after a slow beginning, the direction keeps a taut rein on the action. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars
