The gang reunites to address the common enemy, kids leaving their toys for electronic devices. There are a few new characters, but none of them especially memorable. As a matter of fact, even the ones we’ve grown to love lack much of the comic punch that launched the series. It’s still full of lively energy with a ramp up on the emotional side. As such, it’s OK entertainment, but lacks the rousing gags, physical and verbal, that sets this franchise apart. NOTE: After all the credits is a cute little “rap.” 3.0 out of 5.0 stars
