ROSMY was founded in 1991 to support LGBTQ youth between 11-20. Last nite, they held the annual Springtime Celebration to mark the organization’s 25th anniversary. I was honored to produce/direct/edit the video that commemorated the event. We interviewed 5 people, 1 from each 5-year period of ROSMY’s history and included photos and documents from their archives. BTW, in 1997 I also produced the commercial that plays in the history segment. It was 1st broadcast on the local TV affiliate during Ellen’s famous coming out episode, the 1st ever ad of it’s kind.
