Kate Beckinsale plays a woman who has a rare neurological disorder that causes rage-filled impulses. The only way to stop her violent instincts is with a special shock device. Of course, there are times when it doesn’t work, so we get to watch her beat people up. After someone goes missing, she becomes the prime suspect and determines to kill the responsible party…leaving a trail of injured men in her path. There are some decent fights and the pacing never drops, but nothing else about the story or direction is a standout.
