Anthony Mackie stars as the new Captain America and even though there are villains, the other main character is Harrison Ford, as the US President. There’s the usual plot and typical machinations, but since this runs less than 2 hours, it seems to move faster. Of course, there are the regular physical encounters, but like so many of these movies, the jerky camerawork and chaotic editing make it hard to appreciate the fight choreo. This film offers nothing new to the Marvel Universe and as a result, it presents us with nothing much to watch. NOTE: As with most Marvels, sit thru the credits for a teaser.
