Next season, Firehouse Theatre is concentrating on the process of making. This means a focus on new scripts, devised work, and reconsiderations of world classics. Usually, a theatre’s Artistic Director puts together a season to fill standard slots (considering budget, casting, etc). Since Firehouse’s mission is to be an artistic home, they’ve decided to explore new ways of making work.
Artists were invited to propose projects and here’s a list of projects for next season. Some may be produced in regular performance runs, while others may be presented as works-in-progress or member-only previews. There will also be some that aren’t yet finalized.
