This series joins the trend examining how social media affects our lives…in mostly negative ways. Adrian Grenier plays a family man who’s abducted and exposed on the internet, which includes a death threat. His sister (Zoe Kazan, who creates an explosive character that’s never sympathetic) leads the effort to find the culprits. Each episode focuses on a different person involved in the mystery, adding more information about the case each time. While there are some good twists, delving into the personal lives of each of the featured people slows progress and the pace. As a basic procedural, the series is interesting, although more tension would have elevated the effect. (Eight 40-minute episodes)
