Diane Morgan plays Philomena Cunk, the clueless host of a mockumentary series about civilization. She trounces thru historical sites with her droll deadpan delivery, dropping truly funny wise cracks. There are some interviews with experts, which make them look either flummoxed or unamused, while she comes off even more dense. The humor sometimes borders on controversial, but the truly hilarious observations keep the movie squarely in smartly satirical territory.(Five 30-minute eps)
