Like many sequels, this one isn’t as great as the first, but unlike many sequels, it’s still pretty damn good! If you saw the original you know what to expect: snarky quips, witty observations and plenty of smart culture references. The off-the-wall superhero is back to fight some bad guys and assemble a spinoff team called X-Force. The action is brutal, but in a comic book style that never lingers on the damage. Even so, the noisy fights become a bit alike. If you’re a fan of the original, you won’t be disappointed. If you didn’t see it, you’ll still find yourself entertained. NOTE: Stay thru the early credits for a few gags, but the only thing at the very end is a weird song.
