Bruce Miller has accepted new position as Executive Director of the Chesterfield Cultural Arts Foundation. Bruce is the co-founder (along with Phil Whiteway) and Artistic Director of Theatre IV, which became Virginia Rep in  2012.

The Cultural Arts Foundation was established to develop and sustain the Baxter Perkinson Performing Center for the Arts in Chesterfield, which includes the 350-seat Jimmy Dean Theatre. In addition to creating performance opportunities in the complex, he’ll also be designing programming that will tour throughout the county.

Bruce stepped down as Artistic Director in 2016 (now filled by Nathaniel Shaw) and he relinquished his duties as Director of Development in 2018. He will remain involved with Virginia Rep part-time leading their Community Health and Wellness Program.
