Adam Brody stars as the grown-up version of a kid, who at age 13 solved mysteries in his small home town. The story picks up as he’s 31 and down on his career and life. The film launches like a light-hearted mystery, but as it unfolds…SLOWLY…it becomes a tedious drama. The murder case is painfully obvious and uninteresting and there are a few moments of charm. Still, it’s a mediocre whodunit with a dull layer of personal issues on top.
