This Spanish/English/Japanese show is actually the first of three seasons and the only one available in the US at this point. It’s set on a research base in the South Pole, where a team is hunkered down for the dark winter months to work on an innovative solution for climate change. When the sun returns, so does a new crew, only to discover a decimated station with dead and missing members. Thus begins a complex mystery that’s loaded with twists right up to the end. While things continually change, the dialogue scenes sometimes drag the pace, but ultimately this series makes for an intriguing whodunit.
