This thriller starts at a party where a teen (Antonia Gentry) is murdered by a serial killer. In a sci-fi twist, 20 years later her younger sister (Madison Bailey) travels back in time to save her sister and solve the mystery. After a few moments of comparing today’s fashion and tech with 2003, they set about on the typical slasher story. The only difference is there are minimal murders and this film concentrates more on the high school culture. The performances are OK, but director Hannah Macpherson has left no room for thrills or even mild tension. The ending has a nice surprise, but still isn’t sufficient to keep this film from quickly running out of time. (1.5 / 5)
